Every Cylinder is produced from High Strength Aluminium Alloy 6061 in accordance with BS EN 1975: 2000 and IS 15660 Standards.
Each Al-Can Cylinder is the result of International Raw material (6061 Alloy), high precision Machineries and equipment, latest technology and Team work with high commitment.

Compulsion Tests

Tensile, yield, Percentage Elongation and Sustained load Crack (SLC), Cyclic Test (12,000 Cycle), Burst Test.

Following Tests are conducted on every cylinder:

Ultrasonic Flaw detection Test, hardness Test, Hydraulic test, Leakage Test.

As all the above Tests are statutory requirements for certification from Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE), Bureau of Indian standards and ISO standards.

At Al-Can, internal inspection records at every stage and final inspection by TUV, India authorities are documented and mandatory certificate are provided with Cylinders to all our Customers.
